The crown process was easier than I expected. The preparation was done efficiently and the permanent crown installed two weeks later. Dr. Adams continued to modify the crown until it fit well with my retainer. My appointment began near the scheduled hour and I was finished in less than an hour.
I always get great service with Alyse and Dr. Matt. It's been a couple years since I've been here and it felt like coming home. I adore Alyse, she is so warm and gentle and makes me so relaxed.
I’ve always had a pleasant experience in the past . It is hard to get an appointment and the AI phone service is confusing especially when it prompts you to make an appointment and then you get a call from the front desk chastising you for doing so. They need to figure that part out.
