I have been in a door for going on 5 hours. There's no way to check on the progress and this is my first stop in a 3 stop load, so this has thrown off the schedule for the other deliveries.

Avoid at all cost. The Appt was at 8am. I been in the door since 7am. It is currently 11:30 am, and they have not started unloading me. They always use the excuse they don't have any space, and they will not give you any status. It would be no starts if I could do it

Checked in 07:00 am and now it’s 12:15 pm still at the dock. They don’t let you go into the receiving office and they are so slow.they don’t have a restroom. Worst to deliver. They lack respect for the drivers.They deserve ZERO STAR…
