I had a very advanced cataract that was seriously affecting my vision and my ability to perform my daily tasks. From my first appointment about three weeks ago, through my surgery last week and subsequent follow up appointments, I have found Dr. Yad and the entire team to be courteous and professional. The facilities are clean and modern and I have felt safe and at ease through the entire experience. Needless to say, my vision is restored and I can enjoy life again through clear eyes. I highly recommend Onmi Eye Services and would choose this practice again without a moment’s hesitation. Thanks Dr. Yad and the entire Omni Eye team!

Omni Eye Services has a great medical team of knowledgeable professionals. Where the South Omni office misses the mark is in total customer care. Prescriptions are never called in in a timely manner. You will call 3 and 4 times to check for your prescription, only to discover it has not been written up or signed by authorized personnel. It's a HUGE problem.

I Googled OMNI to check the correct spelling of its company name for a recommendation I was giving on another post.I was beyond shocked to see a 3* rating, so I wanted to take a minute to protest that, and say that I received 5* care all through the process of cataract surgery, including my pre- and post-op appointments!Dr. Priya Patel has a true skill!I LOVE my "new eyes"!!The most challenging part of the process for me was finding someone to accompany me throughout the entire appointment on each day of surgery (each eye is done separately, two weeks apart in my case.)Fortunately, my neighbor's daughter filled that need.So heads up for anyone else in my... read full review
