I needed someone SAME DAY. I booked at 2 p.m. and they were at my place by 5. It was perfect! The setup process was fairly easy (had issues with the payment method through cash app/PayPal) but it ended up working. Bryan was very patient and helpful over the phone throughout the process and each addition time I needed to call back. I have to admit, I didn’t realize this was a contracted out kind of thing, so I was shocked to see someone arrive with no uniform and in their personal vehicle. However, after talking with the technician I understood this is a “we find you a local tech” kind of thing! Which I thought was cool. Lemuel was my electrician and he was wonderful. He was patient when I was skeptical at his first arrival and even offered for me to hold his wallet while he worked (which I chose not to). He explained the whole process of what needed fixed and why, and even went to get the part. Great experience and will use again!
My home turned out absolutely beautiful however there were lots of challenges with my house. Still they all showed up and worked to resolve any issues. They cleaned up after they’re selves every day. It has been a good experience overall I could not be more happy
The electricians showed up fast and were super professional. The project was pretty big, but they handled it like champs and even cleaned up afterwards. Overall, I was really pleased with the service!
