I recently completed the Risk Reduction (DUI) program and had a really positive experience. The instructor Ms. Heard was knowledgeable, respectful, and made the material easy to understand. They didn’t just go through the motions—they actually took the time to explain the impact of decisions and how to make better choices moving forward.

The environment felt supportive and not judgmental, which made it easier to stay engaged throughout the course. Everything was organized, and the process from start to finish was smooth and straightforward.

Staff is very friendly. Brandi has shown time after time how knowledgeable and dedicated she is to her job when it comes to getting things done in a professional and timely manner. Absolutely great customer service and very helpful.

It's a nice place to get things done. I went ton the college park location.I went for the driver's education program and rec lived my certificate in fewer than a week. The director Ms. Anderson is a very straight forward woman who tries to get you in and out so you can be done with the program. I would recommend.
