I've used this company for several years. My number one complaint is not delivering when they say they will..I called first of the week and was told they were not backed up right now and would be a couple of days..here it is Friday and I call and they tell me we have been pushed to Monday or Tuesday of next week even though we PRE PAY for the product. We told them we were very low and needed it as soon as they could come out. We are now so low we can't use our heat and expecting 27 to 30 degree weather all weekend.

I've been waiting for more than a month for a conversion kit to convert my stove from natural gas to propane. No one at Mountain Gas seems to care enough to do anything about it.UPDATE: Mountain Gas has addressed my complaint to my total satisfaction and I've given them a more favorable rating this time. Thank you Mountain Gas.

I'm a new customer. I ordered propane last week on Monday, they came out on Thursday and filled my tank. The storm hit Friday night and the power went out Saturday morning. Thanks to the quick delivery I was able to run my propane generator until late Monday when the power came back on.This is a great company and I will recommend them to everyone.
