The staff makes an effort to make patients feel comfortable and cared for in a very friendly and caring environment. One doctor, Dr. Timmel, is very personable and easy to talk to and is a good listener and not pushy. The front end staff are very welcoming and friendly, and the medical assistants are very professional and listen to you. The practitioners are great, very attentive to your needs, and want to know what your concerns are. Overall, MedLink White is described as a positive and welcoming medical experience.
I always get and receive exceptional care and service. I'm very blessed to have Melissa Pruitt and her nurse Deb taking care of me. Been a patient for many years now and extremely lucky to have these ladies looking over me. They go above and beyond!
This clinic is awesome. Mrs Melissa Pruit is such a great lady. She's listens and does her best to point us in the best direction if she can't fix the problem herself..
