Outstanding Service and Professionalism! I recently hired Brooks Electrical Solutions for a few necessary upgrades at my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From my initial contact to the completion of the job, everything was seamless and professional. Elizabeth, the office manager/receptionist, was the first point of contact, and she was fantastic. She was friendly, incredibly helpful with scheduling, and made sure all my questions were answered before booking the service. I had a new electrical line and panel installed in my basement a few months ago. The price was far cheaper than all other quotes I received, which was in line with my expectations, and not a price inflation like the other large companies I received quotes from. They performed the work in a day with the utmost professionalism and with the down home feel I appreciate from people.
