Quality service, from quality technicians. Both Ray and Casey helped my father fix his water pump in no time flat, and the price was quite reasonable considering the amount of effort they put into fixing it. 10/10 Would hire again!

Take your business elsewhere. American Water just wants your money. In less than 4 years with yearly maintenance my $4k system was ruined.

I had another filter specialist come out test our system and install a new system. American Water only tested our water for Iron. The new filter specialist that conducted the test said the iron was not the major issue, but manganese was the issue which explains why the system they sold me didn't work as advertised.

American Water also charges by the mile for service calls which they don't tell you when you buy the filter system. None of the techs ever checked the medium in the tank on their visits.

I regret ever doing business with the company and will do everything I can to make sure others don't make the same mistake.

We have used their services several times. They have excellent communication, skilled technicians and fair prices. Today Ray and Reece came out to my home and were able to get my well back up and running. Highly recommend!
