We used ace septic for a septic tank pumping. They came out and were supposed to pump our septic. They said we needed more costly repairs and that they would take care of them and send before and after pictures. 2 days later and after asking for the pictures multiple times still no pictures. After doing much research I called out another company to come and have a look to see if the work had been performed. I would prefer to give 0 stars. I’ve had 2 customers for my septic company have Ace out, and I had to go behind them and fix their mistakes. One customer only had the outlet side of a 2 chamber tank pumped. Which means they left all the solids on the inlet side, and only pumped the water from the outlet. When I arrived their tank was slap full of solids head to toe of the tank. They charged $100 for a filter, they “pumped the drainfield”, and “pumped the tank” (really just pumped the water from the outlet chamber). The bill was $1800. Any company in our area would’ve charged $530-$575.The second customer that had Ace out, after the customer dug up their own... read full review
