The worst experience ever ! Lack of communication lack of effort and lack of hospitality- no accountability of staff . My reminder for my appt went out at 10pm the night before , accessor was great but after that down hill - I called them after a month after being told it would take less than a week. I called them multiple times to to speak to someone either no anwser or no call back and I needed someone to explain why the process is taking so long and when they did call me she was rude defensive told me she didn’t understand my frustration - as if I didn’t wait two months repeated myself serval time and then dismissed because I wanted clear line of who...read full review

I was told about this organization by the legal aid clinic here. They were a GODSEND. I lost my job and was 2 months behind in my rent and all these other fees my complex racked on. This organization even with COVID going on took my application and paid every penny. I was in tears. I thought they were going to turn me down. I thought they were going to take months, only pay a small portion. But no. They paid it all and they have counseling services for families too. I can’t thank them enough for all they do.

I experienced a good experience due to the fact that I was in need of assistance from Positive Growth inc. They were professional and helpful with any assistance that was very needed to help my family in need, We appreciate and we are grateful for everything at the Clarkston Postive Growth inc.
