I called early one morning, they came out within an hour. They had the part on the truck to fix the unit had it going very quickly. So appreciative this company and their employees. I highly recommend air and heat.

Our heatpump stopped working. One call to AirHeat and almost immediately a technician called back and was soon working on diagnosing the problem. It was toward the end of the work day. Next day the part was installed first thing in the morning and we were up and running. Our technician was very thorough in explaining what he was doing, what failed, and the repair.

I'm so happy with my experience here. I feel like they're good and honest people that would help out wherever they could. As I was coming to leave this review I realized they close at 4 and the man that came to help us gave me a call TEN minutes before closing to let me know he was on his way. Now I know the majority of folk would just blow us off and leave it for tomorrow since it was so close to closing time. I'm very appreciative of these people and their work ethic. Whoever the red haired man is that trained Bobby, thank you!!
