I recently visited Serenbe Yoga and Bodyworks and was able schedule a Thai Bodywork session with Heather. It was a wonderful experience. Not only did it release tension but it also elevated my energy. I look forward to returning. Thank you Heather!
During our family holiday visit I was staying near Serenbe and decided to check out Serenbe Yoga. I was lucky enough to get into a Thai Bodywork session as well as Yin Restorative yoga class with Heather, the Owner. I never had Thai Bodywork and I was simply blown away. I walked in with tension and pain in several areas and walked out feeling 100%. Heather is not only incredibly skilled, but she has created a beautifully loving and caring environment. My very first yoga class! Thoroughly enjoyed this beginner class and looking forward to trying intermediate already. This was my mother’s idea as part of her 65th birthday celebration because she loves Serenbe!
