This is my 3rd year working through this company. The first 2 years I used a very simple software with them but it was my first time ever doing taxes, so i was very nervous. The software this year is more advanced so doing my first tax i called that office 15 times and every call was very helpful and they were patient. This company has always been patient with me and sometimes i will call 20 times for one tax return just to make sure i am understanding fully what i am doing. Jim is the best! The people here are AMAZING, they know everything under the sun about taxes. Such a loving group of people, never met anyone like them. They know what it takes to run a business and they are all genuinely good hearted people. They showed me so much love during my time there. Im forever grateful for my time spent with them. They forever have my heart! Hopefully in the future I can make the time to go back and work for them during a tax season.
