I am so satisfied by the work done by the 2 technicians. We have had a slow leak that several plumbers have been unable to determine what was causing it and dismissing our concerns. Zurn's technicians came out, did a thorough investigation of what the issue could be, updated us with pricing along the way, and showed us the issue. They were very skilled, professional and nice. Solved a problem we've had for years! Very content with the service and honestly was cheaper than other services we've used. Will definitely be calling them again for any plumbing concerns.

Zurn Plumbing went above and beyond to help us with a complicated pipe leak in our basement. They showed up on July 4th—a holiday!—and worked with us over the course of several weeks to solve what felt like one plumbing mystery after another. Every single member of the Zurn team was polite, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We always felt informed and supported throughout the process. Truly an amazing experience from start to finish—highly recommend!!!

Incredible service and experience. We had a plumbing nightmare involving a main sewage drain that destroyed our finished basement and parts of our kitchen. Zurn responded on a weekend, involved the company owner, spent hours diagnosing the problem, and spent the following several days repairing it. Everyone polite, knowledgeable, punctual, and cleaned up the entire project when it was done. Highly recommend their expertise and professionalism!
