Went in for a blow out & to tone my hair with a toning shampoo. Dye was put on my hair my curl pattern is ruined & I am almost 100% sure some form of relaxer and dye was used in my hair. I don’t recommend going to hair salon where the girl washing your hair doesn’t have healthy hair herself.

Sula is the BEST!! I absolutely love getting my hair done by her; she is professional, caring, and knowledgeable about hair and products. I’ve been a customer for 3 years now, and even though I’ve moved from ATL, I still visit to get my hair done. Since I’ve been going to Sula (since September 2022) I get the MOST compliments and my hair is so healthy!! I will include pictures of Sula’s work in this review. Also, she did the best sew-in I’ve ever had, and it lasted for months because of how well she does it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SULA’S HAIR SHOP!!! Support this business, you will love it!!

The BEST Dominican Hair Salon in Atlanta Metro area. Sula is patient and takes her time to make sure your hair comes out perfect. The salon is intimate with a family oriented vibe. Pricing is reasonable for various styles. The wash/set is flawless but my favorite style is the traditional sew in. She also does microlink installation as well. I’ve been apart of this salon family for 10+ years. Check them out.

Great place for women with thick course hair.

I haven't been to a Dominican salon in almost two years because the last place I visited did not know how to properly comb my hair and it was all over the floor.

    My
hair feels like it's thanking me for going. I will be returning to this salon.

So I went there for a maintenance on my microlinks. Which is basically the same as a silk press but with extensions. They washed my hair and the shampoo smelt like chemicals and they put it in rollers and I sat under the drier and after about 40 min I came out and they blow dried and fat ironed my hair. Ans they really couldn’t straighten my hair right my roots were still poofy and curly I had to go home and fix it. And on the way home my scalp was stinging a bit but after like 3 hours it went away but it’s been 2 weeks later and I literally have bald spots and never in my life have I ever balled or lost any hair. I’ve had no change in diet and I haven’t been stressed out or done anything to my hair to make it fall out. I’ve always had beautiful curly hair and this is the first time after my first visit with this place that I lost hair. And I was charged 90$ and gave them a 10 dollar tip so I spent 100 in all.

    $45 for a basic hairline
$80 for a wash & set for hair thats 16” long, when it was conversed for $50!!
Whats worse nobody here is Dominican, using the name to attract good paying customers from the credibility those people actually build. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY TAKEN !!!
    Unrealistic…..

The customer service was alright but I called about prices over the phone and all I wanted was a blow out. They told me $50 and when I got i waited a whole 30 minutes before the lady comes and tells me it's $70. Now I don't mind paying but the fact she kept asking me to do a roller set when I clearly asked for a flat iron made me feel like she didn't know what she was doing. So I left.
