Trying to decide which home improvement company to choose is very stressful but once we contacted Liz from Schantz who promptly gave an estimate for siding repair and triple window installation which blew us away how precise and detailed the descriptions were with pictures of our home showing exactly what we were paying for. No other company did any of this. Once the workers arrived, they were so hard working and polite we knew we were in great hands and chose the right company. Liz made the whole roofing experience really easy from estimate to installation. She really heard all the concerns I had about our old house and was on site during the installation. They do siding as well as roofs so we didn't need a separate company to come out and work on siding adjustments. We are very happy with the roof and would highly recommend Schantz.
