I absolutely love Dr Challa. She listens to her patient's concerns. She even followed up with me on a saturday. She is just amazing and absolutely beautiful in and out. She is compassionate and responsive to all of my asks. My only issue is that the person that was taking my blood was on the phone with her dad the entire time she was processing me and doing my blood work. I felt very uncomfortable. The conversation with her dad had it been an urgency.I would have understood, but it was not urgent.It was just small chatter talk. Dr. Challa has been my primary Dr. for over 12 years. She is very knowledgeable, a great listener ,carrying , attentive, and detailed oriented.
My family and I are very blessed to have her as our family physician.
