I’ve been seeing Tristan about once a month, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. He always starts by asking how I’ve been feeling and tailors each session to exactly what my body needs instead of giving the same massage every time.

The name “Effective Bodywork” name really fits. I always leave feeling like my body actually works again! He’s knowledgeable, attentive, and knows exactly how to relieve my tension.

I also appreciate that the building requires a door code to enter. Since it’s in an office complex with different businesses, that extra security makes me feel safe and comfortable during my appointments.

Tristan is a true professional. The location is in Building 11 and requires a door code to enter, which adds a nice level of privacy.

The massage itself was excellent — the pressure was absolutely on point, firm where needed and adjusted perfectly throughout. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing. I left feeling much more relaxed and noticeably better.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a skilled and thoughtful massage therapist.

Highly recommend! Tristan is a knowledgeable and gifted massage therapist. I come in for deep tissue massages because I have chronic tension in my upper back, neck, and shoulders. Through his application of technique and attentiveness to my problem areas, he is able to release these muscles to where I walk out feeling incredibly better than ever. His knowledge and intuitive application of this knowledge is not something you'll find in the majority of massage therapists.
