I sent all my documents in through the portal then had my zoom appointment with Regina. She told me what my refund would be and that she would file an injured spouse form for me. Well, 2 months later I received notice from the IRS saying I DID NOT file my taxes. My 2 daughters used her and she did them worse! After filing she Verbally gave them their refund amount, told them the fee was $75 but only send when they received their refund. Well she unknowingly had their taxes sent to her business account she took $400 then sent them the remaining. I would not recommend this tax preparer.I have never used them and decided to give them a chance even though they dont have reviews because Donna was very nice on the phone and they were nearby. They do not accept walk-in consultations, they asked over the phone that I drop off my forms and they would call me once they had reviewed my forms. I asked how much they charge to file but they said it depends on my forms. They were up front about the $40 consultation fee if I didn't decide to file with them after they reviewed the forms.
