Michelle is beyond amazing! I have never felt so welcomed in any Ulta location. She is kind and super knowledgeable! Her willingness to help without being salesy really sold me on this location. She assisted me with a color match that was spot on and skincare to help with my acne giving me advice and recommendations like a friend or sister.
The staff at Ulta Beauty Cartersville did a great job piercing my earlobes. They were my first piercings, and I have issues when it comes to needles, so they made sure I never saw the earring gun. They pierced them at the same time for me—super straight and properly spaced on my ears.
