I Googled "florists in Cartersville" and saw that Teresa's was close to the delivery address and had multiple reviews with an almost 5.0 rating. I called her to send a peace lily to a friend who's fur baby had just passed away. She said she would have fresh peace lilies in the morning. That was fine with me. This morning, she called me to advise that the peace lilies which had just arrived weren't up to her standards and she was substituting another appropriate plant. A bit later, my friend texted to say she had received it and it was beautiful and she was very touched at this sad time. Thank you, Teresa, for wonderful customer service and caring!

Our dear Gigi lives in NC and she ordered flowers for one of my daughter's birthday this week. Teresa made the most beautiful arrangement for her and delivered with so much love that we felt as if she was part of our family too. She spoke with the Birthday girl and asked her questions making her feel very special on her day. We are so thankful for this lovely surprise and we wish the best to Teresa and her business. She is the best!

I live in California and wanted to send flowers to a dear friend of mine who lives in Georgia and recently had knee surgery. I called and spoke to Teresa, who is just as sweet as can be. Not only did Teresa create a BEAUTIFUL basket of live plants and flowers, she took pictures of the arrangement with my friend when she delivered so I could see my best friend with her gift. The arrangement is beautiful and the customer service was over the top. If you need flowers delivered in the Cartersville area this is the gal to talk to!
