I went into Piedmont Urgent Care feeling bad, and this is my second time within two weeks here. This time, two shots and breathing treatment. They really do care, and everyone is super friendly.
This was my first time here and it won’t be my last. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and put me at ease. Registering was easy and quick and the wait time was small. I really appreciate how they helped me. I would definitely recommend.
My experience at Piedmont Urgent Care was great! The check in staff was able to solve an issue with my insurance card because it showed that it was inactive. Later, another staff member tried another way and it worked!!!! ?? That saved me from paying a $200+ self pay. The rest of my visit was great also. The nurse and the Dr. were personable and knowledgeable. Thank you all!
