I was having all kinds of problems with my laptop, freezing, blue screens, cutting off, and viruses, I was told by another store in cartersville that my motherboard was fried and that I needed to buy a computer at their store, I won't mention any names. PCHELP diagnosed my computer and had it back to me the same day. Thank you for your professional work and great attitude. I won't be taking any of my devices anywhere else. This place is great and they explained everything in detail. I couldn't have asked for better service with fair pricing.
