I’ve worked with Alex for several years now, first on my previous home and now on my new house. He successfully handled an insurance claim for my old roof and stood behind his work, even offering a free repair once and charging a very reasonable for another after 10 years. He also helped to file roof warrenty claims agains GAF and negociation.

What I appreciate most is his reliability and willingness to go the extra mile — literally! He drove out to my new home twice, once to check if a rigid shingle was repairable, and again to inspect for hail damage.
