Nelson Roofing helped my wife and I through the process of having our roof replaced by our insurance company. In January 2022, we had experienced extensive storm damage and Elizabeth came to conduct a free inspection to determine if the damage constituted filing a claim with our insurance company. Her knowledge and expertise guided my wife and I through the entire claim process. She also helped us choose the best roof design to best compliment our home. Last week, our new roof was installed and it feels like I come home to a brand new house. I was thankful to have Elizabeth on-site as our advocate the day of the install, and my wife and I both had to work. If it wasn’t for the new roof, you’d never know a roofing crew was ever at our home. I highly recommend Nelson Roofing for all of your roofing needs.

A+++ I had started with another roofer in my area who had the most positive reviews on the BBB site. That was a mistake as they did not come out when the insurance adjuster came, as they promised, and ghosted me. The insurance company proceeded to low-ball me by saying my 20 year old roof just needed a repair job rather than a replacement. I was at wits end on how to proceed as it was obvious that my roof needed replacement rather than repair. Shingles were blowing off my roof. That is when Nelson Roofing came to my rescue. David went above and beyond the call of duty by going up on my roof and documenting the actual damage along with the poor condition to the rest of my roof. He took pictures and videos and the insurance company (a very popular insurance company) once again denied a roof replacement. He was able to finally convince my insurance company otherwise and I got my roof replaced. My new roof looks amazing and I am extremely happy with the work they did. I highly recommend them.
