I locked myself out of my car 🤦🏽‍♀️😩and requested roadside assistance with AAA, but little did I know that I would encounter someone like Caleb ! Caleb from Martin’s Wrecker Service is an absolute 💎gem !! He arrived earlier than originally expected, he was kind/empathetic to my clumsiness, and provided reassurance. To add to that, he was gentle with my car and unlocked my door with no damage!! I believe in recognizing top-notch service because it is soooo hard to find people who care in this day and age.

Car broke down passing through Cartersville and AAA recommended Martin's. Even though it was already past noon and we needed a new battery and alternator they had us in and out same day, even staying several minutes late to comple the job. Expected to be getting home a day later and with a huge hole in the wallet, Martin's saved us on both!

Both the dispatcher and tow driver Dane were so kind. Being able to find me on the interstate,and not only towing me to a place that was open after 5 on a Saturday but also taking me to my hotel when I had no way to get there! Awesome Customer Service and just plain Kind people! Thanks so much,Pat
