I went to Palazzo to get a full set, and unfortunately, the end results were not what I had asked for at all and my nail beds were hurting. I went to EZ a day later to see if they could remove the bad set and replace it. T was amazing! He was kind enough to listen to the bad story, and not wanting to cause my nail beds or wallet further injury, worked with the acrylics from the day before to create exactly what he and I talked about. He was also much more friendly. Can’t recommend him enough!
I drive over an hour every two to three weeks to do dip nails, gel pedicure, eyelash extensions and eyebrow wax here. It is well worth the drive, and the prices are really great too. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere more than I’d recommend this place. The staff do a great job, and the wait times are never long.
