Without a doubt - if you use tankless hot water heaters, and have any issues whatsoever, you call Blossman gas and appliance! 100% !!!! Here’s the backstory…..We had been without hot water for almost 12 days - error code 61 - fan issues . The plumbing company was at it about six hours - on phone from get go with tech support - determined they needed to replace a fan kit. Replaced the fan kit which then created a new error code 65. They left and we are still waiting on more parts…. Waiting and waiting. Today they said I should call Rinnai directly since I actually owned 3 units and maybe “I’d” get a better response? William and Matthew with Glossman Gas just fixed our fire logs that have been out of commission for over a year. They had no easy task but preserved until the job was done! It was a pleasure to work with two such professionals.

Today. I had my propane tank installed at my new house. The two gentlemen that installed it and helped walked me through what they were going to do and what I needed to do were excellent. When was Matthew and I’m so sorry I didn’t get the other ones name but they were awesome. I think they’re from Cartersville, Georgia. I just wanted to let the company know how wonderful they are and the time they took to make everything was complete before they left.
