this has to be a scam… asked for all my personal info and completely ghosted me for months. waste of time. she just tells you over and over that it’s still pending when she hadn’t even entered the information in the system yet. don’t bother just go to a real company.

No!!!! Do not use these people!!It's a long very unpleasant story.. I paid 350 for my taxes to be prepared and got an audit from the IRS and then had to file again with H and R Block..meetings with the IRS..fake businesses..put it this way its been a real headache..unwilling to refund my 350 dollars..it's crazy..do not use these people..Sharon is super nice but doesn't stand behind her employees work.
