Terri W. I have used Advanced Cleaning Sytems to clean my dining room area rug since I purchased it over 13 years ago. The rug is a light rug, with layered patterning. Color bleeding was always a concern of mine, but not with Advanced - they have cleaned it beautifully each time. The service is efficient, removing the rug from under a large dining room was handled safely with no damage to the rug and or walls coming in/out or tight quarters. Upon the return, the cleaned rug was put in place by two employees, paying close attention to centering the rug under the large dining room table and room. My only suggestion is that booties should be provided by the company for the remove/replace crew to use- the day they returned with the rug I was raining. My rug is very light and outside shoes could soil the entry way of my house which is light tile, or get water on the hardwoods flooring and/or the newly cleaned rug as they walked around the area to position the rug - I asked the 2 crew member to remove their shoes which they quickly did.

Exceptionally polite, professional young men who did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and upholstered chairs. Scheduling was a breeze and they arrived at the appointment time. I will definitely be calling them again!
