I was very disappointed with the service. We had an emergency appointment to get my son's tooth pulled. When we get there They charge my co-pay before he is even seen. They only do an xray and then says the soonest appointment they have to get his tooth pulled is in march in Decatur. They only took one of our insurances and they chose which one which ended up costing me more out of pocket. I felt totally ripped off. And we still have to go to another dentist today!!
This place is kid friendly and very gentle. A lot of dentist are very aggressive but not here at smile 4 u. They worked very hard and did whatever they could to help me remain calm. I’m 11 years old and I felt comfortable.
The Staff at the Cartersville office are great. Dr. J and Hygienist Rachel are amazing and very patient and thorough. They make sure I understand the problem & procedure(s) as needed. Thanks A Smile 4 U Team!!!
