We had an excellent experience with the Outdoors Group. I had never even heard of roof rats before this (and would happily have never learned about them), but David came; assessed and treated the issue promptly, thoroughly, and professionally; and developed great rapport with our 2.5-year-old son. I mention this last detail because that has stuck with us. Our son loves "Mr. David." Our experience with The Outdoors Group exceeded all of our expectations. David successfully cleared our home of rodents and was incredibly thorough. He didn’t price gouge or try to upsell us like two separate big boxes that we talked to. In addition to fixing our rodent problem, he also repainted some of the shingles that had faded on our roof so they all looked the same. As if that wasn’t enough, he trains dogs in his spare time and taught our pup some new tricks. I was stunned by how generous he was with his time, he sincerely wanted to do the job right. David truly is a jack of all trades and a good guy to boot. I cannot recommend The Outdoors Group highly enough!

I was happy with their work in sealing my home from rodents. David H. found openings under my back deck that two previous companies failed to identify. In addition he was knowledgeable, highly responsive and creative in providing solutions. After the work he gave me additional tips on how to keep rodents away from my home. Overall it was an excellent experience. I recommend Outdoors Group to anyone experiencing problems with critters.
