The Little Clinic is located inside a neighborhood grocery store. It is open seven days a week and takes most insurance plans. Board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals, and more. Experiences are often positive, pleasant, and relaxed, with very little wait time. Staff are described as amazing, compassionate, professional, and lovely. Patients report being got in and out in no time, with quick and easy online appointments. It is recommended for minor things. However, on busy vaccination days, long wait times can occur when a single staff member must manage everything alone. Despite this, many patients leave feeling relieved and state they will use the clinic again and again.
I’ve been here twice for ear pain and both times, the experience has been positive. I was able to make an appointment less than 24 hours ahead of time online, which was super quick and easy. The nurses were compassionate and professional, and I left feeling relieved. As someone who tends to be anxious about health and doctor appointments, my experiences at the Little Clinic have been pleasant and relaxed. There was very little wait time as well. I definitely recommend them for minor things if you don’t have the time/money to go to your regular practitioner.
Katherine was lovely and gave me a painless shot with no problems but I truly felt so bad for her having to work the entire clinic by herself on a covid vaccination day. My appointment was for 6:40 and I wait nearly an hour and a half before I finally got my vaccine. She must have had at least 8 people waiting but was stuck doing everything by herself.
They were amazing. Got me in and out in no time. I had covid in August and they gave me the paperwork to send to my boss. They also told me what I needed to take as far as OTC meds. Will use them again and again... As long as they are this great!
