A complete waste of time and money. I had a blistering, oozing, uncomfortable rash on my face, neck, and shoulders. I'm not the doctor. You tell me what it is and how to deal with it. Not a peep of a diagnosis. Gave my .05 hydrocortisone and a pat on the head. Three days of discomfort later, a real medical professional says it's poison ivy! At "The Little Clinic," no recommendation of compresses, antihistamines, steroids....Nothing! Don't even bother. Kroger should be ashamed of themselves. Are they that desperate to make a buck?

I scheduled an appointment today for 4:45pm only to get there and be told that the provider doesn’t accept my insurance. I literally scheduled online with my insurance information so it was seen before they called me to confirm my appointment. They called me to confirm the type of service I was receiving and just to be sure that I wouldn’t be wasting my time coming for a service they didn’t provide but yet I wasted my time coming there when the receptionist could’ve stated that the new provider didn’t accept my insurance because she isn’t fully certified over the phone. I’ve been here twice for ear pain and both times, the experience has been positive. I was able to make an appointment less than 24 hours ahead of time online, which was super quick and easy. The nurses were compassionate and professional, and I left feeling relieved. As someone who tends to be anxious about health and doctor appointments, my experiences at the Little Clinic have been pleasant and relaxed. There was very little wait time as well. I definitely recommend them for minor things if you don’t have the time/money to go to your regular practitioner.
