Southern Dental provides excellent service, with staff who are attentive, professional, and prompt. Patients receive personalized attention, including recommendations for treatment options like flippers, bridges, or crowns. Routine cleanings are carried out with attention to detail, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is highly recommended, with Heather and Lisa being particularly praised for their excellent care and professionalism.
I recently had a full-mouth crown procedure due to a lifetime of teeth grinding (bruxism), which had severely worn down my teeth and caused a poor bite. From the very beginning, Dr. Tammy Williams at Southern Dental was incredibly informative and reassuring. She showed me photos of similar dental work she had completed for other patients and explained the entire process clearly, which helped me feel confident moving forward. Dr. Williams stayed in close contact with me before, during, and after the procedure to make sure everything was going well. She made bite adjustments as needed with both my temporary teeth and my permanent crowns and continues to encourage me to come back anytime if something needs to be rechecked. That level of care and follow-through really means a lot. She is extremely compassionate, knowledgeable, and skilled. She also helped me choose the best color and style for my teeth using sophisticated new dental equipment, and the results are amazing. My teeth look natural, feel great, and my bite is better than it has ever been — especially for someone over 60 years old. I’ve received many compliments on my new smile. I would highly recommend Dr. Tammy Williams to anyone who needs major dental work or is dealing with grinding, worn teeth, or bite issues. I am truly grateful for her care and for the entire team at Southern Dental.
Absolutely amazing experience. My daughter is currently away at college, and although I couldn’t be there with her, the entire team went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and cared for. Knowing she was treated with such kindness while we were so far away means more than I can say. We truly appreciate everything they did and highly recommend them!
