The staff is generally polite, though the front desk could improve their greeting approach. The office and areas of treatment are very clean, creating a pleasant environment that feels more like a landscape experience rather than a sterile plain office space. The hygienist Leah is friendly and very good at her work, making patients feel comfortable, especially those who are nervous. Dr. Balega listens to concerns and always maintains a professional and caring attitude. Despite some difficulties in scheduling appointments, the practice is considered a great place for dental care, with a welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff.
Love Dr Balega and his marvelous team! Every visit is a pleasure and is always fully explained and carried out with kindness and professionalism! I feel well supported in the care and maintenance of my teeth which I expect will be using at 100!
We have been going to Dr. Balega for over 20 years. His practice is wonderful! The entire staff works together to make the patient experience such a positive one. After retirement we moved 3 hours away but we love and trust this practice and have chosen to make this drive back to continue receiving our dental care there. The hygienists do a great job and connect with the patients. Dr. Balega really cares about his patients and we highly recommend his practice!
