If I could give Rivers more than five stars I would! From our very first meeting with Adam to discuss the possibility of putting in a pool, to the completion of our pool, we found everyone to be so very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Drew and Eder worked diligently to be sure every step of the process was done correctly, and Adam, Shane and David were just as skilled in getting the pump, filter, heater, etc., set up and working. Gail did a wonderful job cleaning the pool upon completion. Mike and Lidia at the store have been very helpful in educating us on pool maintenance. This is an awesome group and company!!!! Everyone is so helpful, as they provided lots of information and guidance on how to get our community pool back running again after turning green and black without anything in return. The staff is super consistent, very knowledgeable and doesn’t try to just sell me stuff that I don’t need. I trust all their guidance and frequently go to either the Carrollton or Villa Rica location and honestly feel like part of their family. They have a customer for life and highly recommend to anyone who has a pool and needs some honest advice or work done. Hands down love them!!! ❤️❤️❤️
