About 6 years ago, my spouse and I purchased a house in Carrollton, complete with a large unground pool. A pool was not on our must have list but was not a reason to eliminate the house either. Now into our 6th summer, I must wholeheartedly tell about the excellent service and attention that we receive at Brown's. We tried at least two other pool stores, trying to learn about pool needs and requirements. We knew that pool chemistry was critical to the health of the pool and the safety of the bathers. The staff at Brown's are attentive to our problems and concerns. They have everything we need to keep a well maintained pool. Their assistance with the pool water chemistry and their patience teaching us is extraordinary. We go NO WHERE else for our pool needs in Carrollton, GA
If you are looking for the best pool company in town, the Brown's Pools and Spas retail store in Carrollton is it. After frustrating experiences with four other local companies (Pool RX and Elite Pools, in particular, which were both non-business savvy and do not appreciate their customers), the retail team here was a breath of fresh air. The manager, Melissa, is absolutely stellar—patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. The local staff quickly got me up to speed on chemical applications with a great attitude.
