Merrell sent out a technician to clean out our dryer vent. That was great and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the hose was left loosely connected and came apart from the wall the first time I ran a load. That was a little frustrating.

I wasn't there but the wife was. She said the tech, Thomas, was polite and answered all her questions. This was our first experience with Merrell and we feel satisfied with service.

I contacted them after hours and let them know our A/C had gone out. It wasn’t that hot yet so we opened windows. They had a technician at my house between 9:00 and 9:30 the next morning and he had fixed the problem and was gone by 10:30. The technician was very respectful. They will keep my business.
