Was notified to schedule preventive maintenance. Correct ETA was communicated in amble time. Alex, Tech was courteous, respectful, and communicated as to process & outcome. Maxwell Heating & Cooling is a professional organization that I have done busines with for years. They have been consistant in their service delivery. They send Alex everytime because he is familar with my assets and family. Their ability to attract and retain professional Techs like Alex is a testimony.
