I called to get some information from them and see if I could use their services. They did not get back to me for another week. Gladly I had the issue taken care of beforehand. If not, I would have been without a car for almost a week.

I called them on Friday afternoon to get my broken car lock fixed/repaired so I could drive home from work, talked to a person who took all my personal details and contact and promised an 1-2 hour window to have help on location. Nobody ever showed up, and now (5 days later) I have not even received a promised return call.Bad service!UPDATE: This company IS NOT LOCAL. The address is fake. This is just a company operating nationally, getting your contact information, and send try to find a local company to help you. Do NOT call them!!!
