Came in for a drop in. Professor Kyle was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and led a awesome session. The gym was clean, had a great environment and was welcoming to come in. Can't wait to get back!

This place is great. Great for everyone. From the sidelines I’ve seen people here-Get physically and mentally fit. Learn practical and applicable self defense. I’ve seen friendships form around me that may have never happened otherwise. I’ve seen the teachers and owners take genuine interest in their students- young and old. I’ve seen my child’s confidence skyrocket, his physical fitness level improve immensely, and his work ethic progress greatly. This is genuinely a place that that is for any skill level and anyone that has decided they want to challenge themselves to be better. Also, If you want to see a phenomenal kids class.. this is the place. Cinqo Stars.
