Used them for the first and my dogs first time. Staff was friendly and efficient. I got a picture update on the first night and they said I could email for more updates if I wanted. He came home a happy pup.

Had to find a new groomer our old one is closed. #1 Critter Care Plus was very fast in responding to my inquiry about getting a new client appointment. #2 They had one the next day available. #3 The biggest reason I will be returning with all my doggies, my 11yr old pup, has had a few really bad experiences with groomers, to the point of be traumatized usually every time he goes now. Today was the exact opposite, he has been happy and normal puppy since I picked him up. Critter Care plus listened to me explain how he acts with groomers and why, and whatever they did it worked great. He was even giving her kisses before we left. Best boarding facility ever, with the best staff! My 9 year old rescue husky loves it there, and the staff give her so much love and attention. Keera was a neglected pup when I adopted her a year ago. She is now spoiled, happy and healthy. Due to some unexpected situations, I've had to board her more than I would have liked to in the past year. The staff at Critter Care Plus have been amazing, learning how to handle her terror of thunderstorms as well as the fact that she is partially deaf.
