About Carroll County Animal Hospital
Carroll County Animal Hospital has garnered positive feedback for its attentive care and quick service, especially in emergencies. One client shared a story about their cat, Gus, who received immediate attention after a serious injury, praising the staff's kindness and the vet's expertise. Another customer appreciated the hospital's ability to schedule appointments promptly, stating that their cat received excellent care for an abscess and a subsequent procedure. However, one reviewer expressed disappointment over the communication regarding costs, noting that the price for a procedure was higher than initially discussed. Despite this concern, the overall sentiment is one of gratitude for the compassionate care provided, with many recommending the hospital for pet needs.
Gus (cat) was hit by a truck Sunday. .His skin around his was cut severely...and we weren't sure if there were any broken bones..My daughter called the vet like 7am..They told to bring gus in immediately..my daughter and her uncle took him..They took Gus right in..the vet wanted gus overnight to xray, take blood and everything else. We were just so glad the hospital was able to take care of Gus right when my daughter got ..the staff was super nice and the vet awesome..I highly recommend them ...and Gus no broke bones thank God..he's recovering very well ..God bless everyone!!
Dr. Sutton and staff are amazing. I called because my cat had an abscess from a bite, and they were able to see her the very next morning while every other vet I called had no appointments. She was very patient and kind with my kitty and her surgery went great. Four days later my other cat got sick, and they could see her same day for a procedure on her paw. Will for sure be using them for all of my pets needs from now on. Thank you for taking such quick care of my babies.
I’ve used the other location for my personal animals, but when I had an emergency with a foster kitty, this was the location that had availability. Absolutely phenomenal service for my foster baby, Beth. We were on a strict schedule, and they graciously worked us in and had us on our way in no time. I couldn’t recommend them enough. They exhibited a great level of compassion and professionalism when it came to kitty Beth. Thank you guys so much!
