I called Cox Plumbing after having had a failed service call with another company that cost me $275 to be told that repairs would cost me up to an additional $2225 to complete. The main sewer line at our rental property was clogged 120' from the last clean out, but the first company that I called couldn'ttell me that. The first company's equipment could only go out to 80' so their proposed solution was to bring in a tractor, dig a hole, break the sewer line, run their equipment another 80' to see if they could reach the blockage, and then repair the break. I’ve never worked with a more fair or honest business. They will get to you in a timely manner. They are clean, respectful and professional. They are also reasonably priced. They clean up after themselves before they leave as well.

We had a leak in a pipe that we knew was underground between our meter and the house which is a distance of a tenth of a mile. I called one plumber and told the scheduler the issue and they set up an appt for several days later. In the interim, I did further research and decided to call Cox Plumbing. Owner, John Cox, answered his phone immediately. I explained the issue and he said he didn't have the equipment to determine where in the line it might be, and he recommended I call American Leak Detection (also a fantastic family-run company).
