As a former HVAC tech I have to say this is the most professional company I have seen. My unit went down on Sunday and LA had me up and running with a new unit installed within a few days! Colbey and Matt are quick, but very thorough. They had no problem answering any questions that were asked and were very professional throughout the whole process! I’ve had a wonderful experience with LA Heating and Air this summer! Communication has been excellent! The service professionals that made calls were all extremely professional and competent. In his diagnosis visit, Andrew made sure that I understood my current issues and made reasonable recommendations. Ultimately, we chose to purchase a new unit. I appreciate that they use American-made equipment. Colbey, Matt, and Omar did an incredible job with installation. Lastly, Andrew went out of his way to checkout how my new unit was operating. It is the excellent customer service, competent (and friendly) professionals, and quality of work that will keep my a loyal customer!
