New replacement split system installed by Russell and the Healthy Climate team. Very, very pleased with the install. While on site the team corrected several previously installed ducting issues and located 3 separate natural gas leak at my house that were not even associated to the HVAC. I am very pleased with their customer service and will be using HC again in the future.
I have a rental project that was having some issues under the house from excessive moisture. Phil was extremely knowledgeable and guided me through understanding the process of why this is occurring and what the solutions are. He provided a repair estimate but also provided options to limit the cost (instead of just trying to sell me something that wasn’t needed). This shows high integrity with an organization (which is the most important to me in working with a contractor). Well done to this company for maintaining a high level of integrity. I will use them for my ongoing projects.
David was our technician. And he was very thorough and professional. He really cares about doing his job the right way. I would like him to continue to take care of my A C system.
Thank you.
