Total RV was amazing. Super helpful in a holiday weekend. Came out and repaired fast. Didn't waste time. Had to pay for a full hour even though the repair was quick. They spent the rest of the time that I had already paid for explaining hints and tips for a lot of stuff even as an experienced RVer, I didn't know. Super appreciative of their help. They were great
Oh my gosh, how many good things can I say about this team? We had a laundry list of little and big things that needed to be dealt with on our RV, and Jason & Meg were able to tackle every one of them. Even one project that they hadn't tackled before, they did the research and made calls prior to our service call, and then did the sensor install like they'd done hundreds of them.
Not only were they extremely efficient and knowledgeable, they were personable and a joy to have darting in and out of our RV as they worked on the various items. They came to our campsite and did the work right there, allowing us to keep enjoying our stay without having to deal with the hassle...read full review
Jason and Megan came to our campsite bc we were experiencing issues with our A/C units on our 2008 Allegro Bus and they COMPLETELY solved the issues with all three of our units in addition to helping run down an electrical issue and it only took them 2.0 hours total. They were very congenital, respectful, and informative and their hourly rate as well parts cost was certainly reasonable. I would very highly recommend this young, knowledgeable and kind couple to anyone in this area or passing thru the area who may be in need of RV assistance.
