Jason was prompt, went right to the leak, fixed it, also blew out the lines checking to assure there were no other leaks anywhere. He gave us vital other information for winterizing and other care of our camper. Jason shared a world of useful knowledge with enthusiasm of his expertise. We recently had Jason and Meg from Total RV Solutions out to replace a door and install a supplementary AC unit in our Grand Design RV, and they were fantastic from start to finish. They were extremely communicative, arrived right on time, and took great care to do the job thoroughly and correctly.
Their workmanship is excellent, and their pricing is fair and transparent, which we really appreciated.
