Coty and Donna were SO MUCH FUN and informative while selecting frames and getting my first eye exam. They were very well versed in prescription / frame education and walked me through the process step by step. They gave me lots of information on my eye insurance so I could make an informed decision on my frames. There was no pressure of “upselling” which I was grateful for.
